No real human performers are filmed, recorded, depicted, or involved in any characters, images, videos, or interactive experiences provided through the Service. SidebAi does not provide, host, or distribute real-person content.

You understand that the content provided by SidebAi is intended solely for virtual interaction and entertainment purposes, and does not represent real people, real relationships, or actual events.

Certain features may require you to register and log in to an account.

You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account information, password, and other login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover account theft, abnormal login activity, or any other unauthorized use, you should notify us promptly.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unauthorized purposes.

• Upload, request, generate, publish, distribute, or use any content that violates these Terms, platform rules, or applicable laws.

The AI-generated content, software programs, trademarks, logos, page designs, interface elements, text, images, videos, and other related materials contained in SidebAi are owned by SidebAi or the relevant rights holders, or are used with proper authorization.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, sell, rent, license, publicly display, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the Service.

To maintain platform order and service safety, we may review user content, generation requests, and usage behavior through automated systems or manual review.
