SidebAi Content Moderation Policy

SidebAi is an entertainment platform powered by artificial intelligence. The characters, images, videos, and interactive experiences that appear on the platform are entirely generated by AI.

No real people are filmed, recorded, or used as performers during the content creation process. This Policy explains how SidebAi maintains content safety and ensures that platform content complies with applicable standards and basic ethical requirements.

The public videos, character images, and animations on SidebAi are created in advance by the platform team using artificial intelligence tools and are reviewed before being made available. Users cannot upload visual content to the platform.

Users can interact with the platform in three main ways:

Text chat - users send text messages to AI characters and receive AI-generated text replies.

Action buttons - users click predefined buttons on the platform to trigger pre-generated video clips.

Photo requests - signed-in users can describe a photo of a fictional AI character. The requested image is generated on demand and saved to that user's personal photo collection unless the user deletes it. Generated image files are delivered through publicly reachable asset URLs, so anyone who receives a photo URL may be able to view it.

Public platform visuals continue to follow our internal creation and review process. On-demand character photos are linked to the requesting account and are not part of the public character catalog, although their direct asset URLs are publicly reachable. Our content management process is designed to ensure that:

• All AI characters are designed to clearly represent adults.
• Publicly published visual assets are manually reviewed and approved before publication.
• Published content is reviewed regularly to ensure that it continues to comply with this Policy.
• Generated photos can be removed by the account owner and may be removed by the platform when required by law or this Policy.

The following content is strictly prohibited on SidebAi. The platform will not generate or allow the publication of such content:

• Minors / child exploitation - any content that depicts, suggests, or sexualizes a person who appears to be under 18 years old. All AI characters are designed and verified to represent adults only.
• Non-consensual content - any depiction involving sexual violence, coercion, or non-consensual scenarios.
• Real-person deepfakes - content created without authorization to impersonate, recreate, or depict a real person.
• Extreme violence or gore - content that graphically shows violence, torture, or bodily harm.
• Hate speech and discrimination - content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Bestiality / zoophilia - any sexual content involving animals.
• Illegal activities - content that promotes or depicts unlawful conduct, including drug manufacturing, human trafficking, or terrorism.

Users can interact with AI characters through text chat, preset action buttons, and photo request descriptions. For text entered by users, the platform may apply the following moderation measures:

• Real-time keyword and pattern detection for user messages.
• AI-based intent classification to identify prompts that may violate the Policy.
• Rate limits to reduce automated abuse or spam.
• AI character replies are restricted by system-level safety instructions to help prevent the generation of prohibited text content.
• Extreme cases may be escalated to manual review.

If you discover content that may violate this Policy, you can mark it using the in-app reporting function.

All reports will be reviewed within 24 hours. Depending on the nature of the violation, we may take the following enforcement measures:

• First violation - issue a warning and remove the relevant content.
• Repeated violations - temporarily disable the relevant account.
• Serious violations - immediately and permanently prohibit access and report to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Use of SidebAi requires age verification. The platform may verify user age through the following methods:

• Requiring users to confirm that they are at least 18 years old upon first access.
• Working with age verification solutions that meet industry standards.

We are committed to maintaining transparency in the content moderation process, including:

• Regular internal reviews of the quality and safety of AI-generated content.
• Documenting moderation decisions and appeal processes.
• Cooperating with regulators and industry organizations.
